We understand that plans change. You are allowed to cancel an order—but certain conditions apply:

You may cancel your order:

  • Before the vendor has confirmed or started preparing your meal

  • Immediately after placing the order by calling our support team

Cancellation After Preparation:

If the order has already been confirmed or food is being prepared, cancellation may not be possible, and refund eligibility becomes limited.

How to Cancel:

  • Use the “Cancel Order” button on the app (if still available), or

Note: Multiple last-minute cancellations may lead to account review or temporary restrictions to ensure fairness to vendors and riders.
